Cancer Support Community Western Ohio offers Lifestyle Management classes such as healthy cooking and diet management. While exercise is an essential aspect of maintaining healthy muscles and other vital functions, eating healthy food – and the proper amount – is the single greatest contributor to maintaining a healthy weight.

Exercise for cancer patients improves health & can reduce the risk of re-occurrence. Stress Management & Gentle Exercise provide positive benefits. CSC’s weekly Yoga Class is a terrific way to take time to reduce the stresses on mind and body.

Advance registration is necessary for Cancer Support Community activities. This enables us to plan sufficient seating, materials, and food. Listings for these programs include RSVP contact information. All programming takes place at our Hempstead Station location unless otherwise indicated.
