Cancer Support Community has the support of many individuals and organizations within the Western Ohio region medical community who volunteer their time and expertise to lead a variety of educational programs including “Ask the Doctor” workshops, nutrition education, “Look Good, Feel Better®” a program conducted by the American Cancer Society, and other topic-driven presentations.

Cancer Support Community receives tremendous support from the medical community. Physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other professionals contribute their time to CSC to speak on various topics related to cancer. Topics have included new treatments in medical oncology, surgical approaches to cancer, managing treatment side effects as well as other topics such as how to pay for cancer treatment and lifestyle management issues.
